If you are feeling low, lost, overlooked, or even lonely, remember that in this vast world God is always with you. You may, or may not, sense His presence during the course of the day. But you see, He is always there. He never ever takes His eyes off of you. As you drive to work or school or the grocery store or church, He is with you. As you stack your hay bales (literally or figuratively), He is with you. As a matter of fact as you lift each bale, He lifts it with you.
Now you may be completely preoccupied and barely aware of your surroundings. You may be so overwhelmed and overcommitted that your mind is going a million miles an hour.
Stop and breathe for just a second today. If you are stuck at a red light, or stuck in line, or stuck trying to figure out how to solve a problem, use those first few “stuck moments” to glance up. Just glance up and visualize our wondrous Savior there with you. Imagine His loving eyes gazing into yours. Imagine His healing touch as His hand graces your hand and face. Give Him your day and your tasks and your frustrations. You see, He hears your heart and your frustration; He knows your sorrows and triumphs. His gifts are all around you. His biggest gift today is that He is YOUR always. May your day be touched with joy, and the healing balms of love for your sorrows.
Stop and breathe is just what I need to do right now!

Hi Kate, thank you so much for you words of inspiration today. I really needed that!

Love you anne~ hope all is well today. Hugs to you from afar.
“Just Breathe” I very often say to myself and family. Love it Kate. Happy Monday to you. hugs, Renee ♥
Me too! Lately I need to say it to myself more often than in past years. It is a reminder to me of what happens when I take on a little (ok a lot) too much!! Wednesday hugs to you! ~Kate
Thank-you Kate~ I could so relate to your comment as I tend to get too busy and not take enough break times. It can just all get overwhelming and tiring. 🙂 Renee
I know what you mean!!! I hope you had a balanced day!
