healthy eating is good for your mental health too

i know we hear advice about healthy eating. We hear that you are what you eat. On any given day we may or may not want to eat healthy. Sometimes we chow down on what is affectionately called “comfort food”. As for me, on Sunday afternoons, i fondly recall Sunday dinners at grandma and grandpa’s house. i remember shared meals of all kinds—with relatives, friends, and more. What is my point? After the posts of the last two days, I have no eloquence or adjectives left today. Before I help my husband with some outdoor chores, though, I wanted to share a cute poster I saw on FaceBook.
