Weekly Photo Challenge: Opportunity

Weekly Photo Challenge: Opportunity. When I think of the word opportunity I think of many things. Perhaps because of when I grew up, I do think of the space program in it’s infancy. I was a starry eyed kid—and no one put the stars in peoples’ eyes at the time like the astronauts. The Right Stuff (book and movie) portrays the time well. So my first photo is from an exhibit at the museum at the Meteor Crater in northern AZ. Hopefully you will be able to see the names of some of the astronauts.

I also think of God when I think of the word Opportunity. No one gives us more opportunities than God! So I have included a photo of a plaque from one of my favorite Psalms. It reminds me that EVERYday is another opportunity to praise Him and thank Him.
