If you could spend a day doing anything, what would you do?. Ah…I would wake at dawn at a cottage by the ocean on the Jersey Shore. It would be a crystal clear, warm but not hot day on Long Beach Island. My husband, son, and I would spend that day going to the beach, swimming and jumping the waves, walking along the shore and skipping shells. In early afternoon various friends of ours from all over the country, and beloved relatives too, would show up—(hey it’s my dream) armed with food, beverages, and beach chairs. As the day progressed we would meander back to the cottage and have dinner.. . . or if it is permitted we would cook dinner right on the beach. We would watch the sunset over the bay. We would watch the stars come out as we sat on the beach. Some people might break out their guitars and we would sing….or we would all just talk, laugh, and share memories…we would talk until dawn, have breakfast together before we have to disperse. What a lovely day…

I Am Becoming the Me I Was Born To Be
As I journey through this part of my life I have discovered my next mountain. The key is to be the me I want to be in the world, as my gift back to God.-
