Stand up now, or die!? (get out of your chair)
Oh boy—as far as things like weight bearing exercise, situps, pushups, squats and lunges, I am woefully out of shape! Now I have paid attention to my cardio, so I can rapid walk with the best of them. This has inspired my to up my exercise and set some goals. Jack La Lanne was an amazingly fit man and should be an inspiration to us all. I have some reasons, but before Christmas I would like to be in fightin’ form as the Irish say. Short post today—cuz I don’t like to write about fitness let alone do it….guess that is why I need to address the situation 😉
