When was the last time you changed your mind? 165

When was the last time you changed your mind?. The last time I changed my mind was toward the end of the school year. Until then, I had cast a wide net when advertising for potential students to tutor. I had taken on students from 1st grade through adults. Now it seems, based on my experience, that I have two groups of students I serve best. The first is those needing math, civics, and English tutoring from about 7th grade through senior year of high school. The second group is adult students either preparing for the ASVAB test or trying to return to school and needing remedial tutoring and study skills help. When I began my tutoring I assumed that the ones I would be working with were grades 1 through 3—and with reading. That is not the student group that God sent to me!

The other time I changed my mind was sometime over the summer when I decided to become more knowledgable about blogging rather than just meander through it. A lot of the ins and outs—doing custom menus, changing headers, adding badges and buttons are at this point still a bit beyond me. I welcome any expertise someone might care to share. I believe I can learn it..after alll… I am a perennial optimist.
