Describe your first job interview. My first job interview was at McDonald’s. It was actually a bit of a stressful interview, as the manager asked a series of questions [that i no longer recall] in order to determine if i could/would follow instructions/orders without developing a bad attitude. The woman that owned the restaurant that i worked at had been Ray Kroc’s secretary when he began the chain. Thus she was a stickler for doing things the company way and was very precise, picky, professional—and ran an incredibly fantastic operation.
I was hired–and did a great job.
