If you could script tonights dream, what would would the plot be? – topic #86

If you could script tonights dream, what would would the plot be?. Bonus topic: There is a concept called lucid dreaming, where people are able to have some control over their dreams. Have you ever had a lucid dream? Would you want on?

I would dream about friends and relatives that are long gone….we would all be on a heavenly beach but here on earth. It would be a dream that is so real it is like they never died. We would be laughing, sharing a meal, sharing our thoughts and dreams, joys, and disappointments. I would be able to ask them anything and everything…..all the things that they died too soon for me to ask them….I would look to them for validation, support, and reassurance. I would tell them I love them, and we would share so many lovely laughs. The last thing I would script would be that I would be able to remember every single detail of the dream at least long enough to write it all down and fully describe the details and feelings I felt in the dream. I would write it all down so perfectly that it would be sufficient for me to recall it forevermore.

I once had a dream like that about someone that had died. I still remember the lovely feelings generated by that dream…..but that is a post for another day. I know that people will look forward to it, because I am a perennial optimist.
