If you could have anything to eat right now, what would it be? I would have a lovely dinner. It would begin with a bit of wine and cheese….then progress to a lovely salad of spring greens, tomatoes, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, cucumbers, and a raspberry vinagrette dressing; then broiled sea scallops, baked potato, steamed brocolli and grilled asparagus and some fresh Hawaian pineapple; for dessert? hmmm how about some fresh fruit—strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cantelope…..then later on some sort of chocolatey dessert and some hazelnut coffee….
My favorite part, of course, is the scallops
