How do you decide when a post is ready to publish? Topic #54

How do you decide when a post is ready to publish?. Often I decide when a post is ready to publish after I post it and then revise it. That is when I sometimes change my mind, or decide to add or delete something. After that revision, I know it is ready to publish; but since I had already posted it, it is ready for updating. I have been putting pressure on myself lately to catch up on my daily posts in the postaday gig….as a result I have been rushing my posts rather than let them simmer a bit. This is beginning to affect the quality of my writing. When I look my post over carefully I sometimes will read it aloud to see if it really flows the way I want it to. I decide if I need to adjust anything (content, grammar, or whatever). I want my posts to be interesting and unique…to get people thinking—and maybe even commenting. Sometimes I want my posts to inform, or inspire or even bring them to the better selves….we all need that–i know I  do!
